A Letter From Our Founders

When we first founded SkyPlanner, we envisioned a world where our passion for people and innovation would always be at the forefront of everything that we did. We became a Salesforce Consulting Partner to get the best of both worlds by helping businesses better serve their people through CRM technology. 

We adopted a learning environment in which we’re always striving to be our best and are constantly seeking feedback on what we can do to better serve our people – our clients and our team.  Even on the days that we win, we reflect on what we could do better next time, in the spirit of continuous improvement and innovation.  

After 9 wonderful years in business, we’ve decided it’s time for an update. Embracing our spirit of innovation, we feel that we’ve outgrown our comfort zone and are ready to branch out. 

That’s why we’re absolutely thrilled to announce our new direction for SkyPlanner. We’re implementing a major rebranding to reflect our unrelenting passion for people and innovation. Our rebranding includes a new logo accompanied with a new website and an overall new look and feel for our brand. With this new look for SkyPlanner, we welcome a new era in our story where we expect to increase the quality of technology, service, and support and bring more significant value to our clients so we can break more records and triumph together.  

We’re also adding new services including Business Intelligence and Technology Consulting, and are proud to announce that as of this year, we’ll now operate as a full service consulting partner offering everything from CRM Consulting to Custom Implementations and Quickstart Packages for a wide-range of industries, including Logistics & Supply Chain, Health Care, Travel & Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Nonprofits and more. 

Also new at SkyPlanner, is the opening of our third global location and our second office in Latin America; this time in Brazil. This new branch will not only enable us to help more businesses grow with Salesforce, but it’ll also allow us to better serve our clients and team, throughout the Americas.

Finally, we’d like to take this time to thank all of YOU, our wonderful clients, for your continued support and loyalty over the last 9 years. It’s been an exciting adventure of learning, possibility and growth, and we couldn’t have done it without you. Thank you for entrusting us with your businesses and passions– we’ve truly enjoyed and celebrated every moment of your success and are honored to have been your Salesforce partner of choice.

As we move towards this new chapter, we look forward to continuing our journey together and promise to uphold our commitment to better serve your needs and help you get the most out of your Salesforce experience.  As we fondly say at SkyPlanner, “somos la suma de todos,” or, we are better together.
